URGENTE: Polícia Federal suspende emissão de Passaportes
Por tempo indeterminado http://www.pf.gov.br/servicos-pf/passaporte/alerta The Federal Police won't be issuing passports to Brazilian citizens due to lack of resources. They stated that this measure is for undetermined time, until an addendum to the budget reallocating resources for that purpose is approved. In order for that to happen, a call for voting will be required... so it may be a while until they resume issuing passports. It's unfortunate.
